Chef Michael Gertofsky is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu in London, who has specialized with the best chefs in the world, including the famous Gordon Ramsay. When he returned to Israel, he joined chef Jonathan Roshfeld and opened the Herbert Samuel restaurant, where he served as the kitchen chef for about three years. Afterwards, he served as a chef at the Tel Aviv’s “Sushi Club”, which soon became one of the city’s leading and colorful restaurants. After years of practice, Michael decided to realize a dream and open a personal place in the Galilee, far from the bustle of the big city, in order to live close to nature and to cook in an authentic way, faithful to his worldview.
