Chef Amir Ilan and butcher George were involved in collaborating with the founder, during which the team tasted, tested, compared, mixed, and grilled different ingredients. Ultimately, a winning patty was created, consisting of a mixture of four pieces of 100% beef. Definitely a premium hamburger joint – some call it the most delicious in the history of the people of Israel… but you be the judge for yourself.
