Eyal Shani has done it again! Israel’s top celebrity chef, and the man responsible for making tahina the common topping and sauce, and ‘inventing’ the baked cauliflower, opened up his first kosher restaurant in Israel in 2018. Located near the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Malka has all the deliciousness of his other restaurants, and with a kosher certificate too!
