Israel’s top bartending school, Zman Amiti offers both basic 2-hour classes, and more advanced 6 week masterclasses – they have just launched a new masterclass called ‘Mixing with the Best’ (we love the name) with the managers from many of Tel Aviv’s best cocktail bars. For the basic classes, they have 2 classes a month for anyone to join (in Hebrew), or you can schedule a group class of at least 10 people – perfect for a yom kef (in English and Hebrew).
Their Tel Aviv workshop is based on Elifelet Street in South Tel Aviv, but they also have schools around the country.
