Lauren Tannenbaum, founder of LIT Active, is a certified athletic therapist with an in-depth understanding of acute and chronic injuries. Applying her manual skills and personalized exercise prescription, she treats a variety of injuries including but not limited to neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, disc herniations, meniscus injuries and more. Her clientele ranges from the sedentary population to national level athletes.
