I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
The female system is complicated – we know that. All the questions about what to eat, when to eat, how to exercise, why we get moody or emotional before our period all feel like overwhelming aspects of being a woman – but it doesn’t have to be. I focus on an approach called Cycle Syncing where I will work with you to make the healthy lifestyle choices according to your menstrual cycle.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand the daily struggle of how life can interfere with feeling healthy and balanced. My aim is to guide you and equip you with self-awareness so that you can make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.
I’m not here to give you a new diet or a meal plan and restrict you. Together we will explore the foods that make you feel your best. I will teach you how to feed, exercise and nourish your body according to your cycle. Working with me, you will learn to appreciate and love your body by making the proper nutrition and behavioral changes based on your hormone blueprint.
