My goal is to bring my no-nonsense approach to fitness to as many women as possible. I offer personal and small group training with a blend of functional performance, strength and conditioning goals to get you to a body you can feel great in. The idea is to have fun, get fit, and make it stick for life!

Location: Your or my home in North TLV, as well as small group strength classes held at Lulu English Center (Agrippas 2).

My focus: HIIT, bodyweight exercises, progressive strength training (non-barbell), women-only, pregnancy strength training, post-partum recovery, weight loss.
