GET FIT & HAVE FUN AT THE SAME TIME! I’m a QUALIFIED ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR and run a weekly Zumba class every Monday in central TLV. I have a great playlist with some awesome moves! Most of the class is Zumba, but at the end we’ll do a few tracks for the toning of legs, your arse and stomach!

ZUMBA has been cited as one of the BEST TYPES OF EXERCISE to burn calories, as it’s interval training. Zumba is Latin-inspired dance fitness which improves core stability, toning + cardio. It’s popular (and so is my class!) with MEN AS WELL AS WOMEN! My choreography/music incorporates Hip-Hop, Soca, Samba, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Belly Dancing, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Axe and Flamenco moves and rhythms.

PLEASE BRING:
* an exercise mat if you have one (but not essential)
* a towel
* water
* wear proper exercise clothes and training shoes!
