Hanan Margilan is a Bukharian Kosher restaurant in the Shapira neighbourhood family-run and-owned. The traditional menu is comprised of an assortment of meat skewers seasoned with a variety of flavours that are both rich and delicious. We recommend you try the Dushpara soup or the Oshpolov meal accompanied by fluffy, meat-filled pastries and vodka but the lamb kebab and the roasted cauliflower are also both packed with amazing flavour.
