Third Wave Coffee Scene has come to TLV in a big way with this new cafe, from the owners of popular Xoho Cafe.
Brew Shop is a specialty coffee bar in Central Tel Aviv, with an absolute focus on providing Tel Avivians with the most delicious and diverse selection of coffees. The selection changes daily, and is sourced from only the best coffee roasters around Europe and the States. Brew Shop also hosts regular tasting and home brewing workshops.
After working in specialty coffee in London for many years, Gemma Farshi moved to Tel Aviv three years ago. Keen to bring something new and different to the bustling Israeli café scene, she established Brew Shop in Summer 2015 with her partner Xoli Ormut Durbin (owner of Café Xoho).
