Botanika takes minimalism to new levels with chic Scandinavian decor and mouthwatering food and cocktails. Everything is delicious but what really stands out is the melt-in-your-mouth tartare (without a doubt the freshest fish I have ever eaten) and of course, the ice. The bar men at Botanika transform ordinary ice into an art form with some of the most advanced icemaking equipment in the world. An all round culinary delight.
