Well Miss Kaplan is out for the task in the middle of the Sarona compound, Ori Shavit, the writer of ‘Vegans On Top’ turned chef puts out unique blend of flavours on modern dishes and some of her own – such as the Jack Daniel-ed carrot hot dog!
