Located in the beautiful Israeli desert and overlooking some of the best views in the area, Kornmehl is a one of a kind restaurant you can’t miss. The dishes at the Kornmehl Restaurant are based on the variety of the cheeses that the Kibbutz makes every season. Some of the cheeses are made especially as a high quality raw material for the use of the restaurant kitchen only. The menu was designed to transmit the feeling of a home-cooked meal, with an emphasis of using locally sources and fresh ingredients. The pastries are baked daily.
