Eyal and Maya Gura are a married couple + 2. They co-founded together two companies: The gift project (a social ecommerce platform acquired by eBay) and Picscout (acquired by Getty Images).

Eyal Gura is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Zebra Medical Vision, a FastCompany top-5 AI and Machine Learning venture of2017 ( TOP 5 – AI / Machine Learning Company) in the medical imaging arena. Eyal is an Angel investor and venture capitalist with Pitango Venture Capital, the largest venture capital fund in the Middle East. Formerly, Co-Founder: PicScout (Getty Images) & The Gifts Project (Ebay) and PicApp (acquired by Ybrant Digital); Adviser, WebTeb.com, the leading Arabic medical portal. Member, Advisory Board, Tmura.org. Member of the Board, Latet. Founding Member, Tovanotb.org. Eyal is a faculty member at IDC’s Zell entrepreneurship program and a graduate of the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 2014 Eyal was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Prior to earning his MBA from the Wharton Business school, Eyal graduated his BA with the Zell Entrepreneurship Program of IDC Herzliya, where he also Co-Founded the IEC (first entrepreneurship club in Israel) and now lectures about entrepreneurship and customer development. Gura served in the Israeli Navy Submarine Flotilla in various command positions and despite his workaholic habits, he enjoys scuba-diving , aikido and is a keen karaoke singer.

Maya Gura, a serial entrepreneur, Co-founder and CEO of Missbeez, a mobile marketplace for beauty services matching busy women with self-employed professionals. Maya is an expert in ecommerce, media, mobile and Internet companies and specializes in creating new revenue generation opportunities through partnerships and up-sale projects. Prior to Missbeez, Maya was a founding team member at PicScout (Getty Images) where she led multimillion global sales operation, and CoFounder of The Gifts Project (eBay).

Maya Gura was announced as the Female CEO of the year 2016 by Geektime Awards. She holds an MBA in Business Psychology and Masters in Criminology from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
She is advising to She Codes, a Big Sister at Google Campus, a mentor at SigmaLabs, a Founding member of BTI (Breaking the Impasse for two states solution for Israel and Palestine), a Founding member of Tovanot Bechinuch (a non profit for Youth Education empowering teachers and principals to become entrepreneurs in their schools)
