About the session:
Even now, in 2017, the number of women in senior management in Israel and abroad are far from satisfactory. 4women2top’s aim is to help change these statistics.
In their lecture Einat Gan El and Ilana Stein present women with the organizational game and teach women how to become better players, score more points and eventually win. They talk about the unique challenges, barriers and mistakes women make in the workplace and how to overcome them. This lecture will supply you with useful tips on how to advance your career better and faster.

About the speakers:
Einat Gan El and Ilana Stein have initiated 4women2top to help women reach higher levels of influence and power. Their mission is to present women with tools for a faster path for successful careers
Ilana Stein is an Israeli diplomat and an expert in public relations, media and public speaking. In the past she was deputy spokesperson in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the director of the cadet course, and Israel’s cultural attaché in Moscow. Stein has years of experience in training people in diplomacy, media, presentations, soft skills and more.
She has an MA in Political Science and Communications, Bar Ilan.
Einat Gan El is an expert consultant, specializes in developing organization processes such as: continues improvements, change managements, KPIs and work flow. Designs and performs development programs for directors and managers. Gan El Focuses on- management type analysis, team building & conflict resolution. Has more than 15 years of experience in consulting to top directors, personnel in a variety of organizations.
MA in Organizations’ consultant, Hebrew University.
