We’ve all seen the questions – now together we are going to solve them once and for all with the new Secret Tel Aviv Map! What’s so special about this map is that it is a Community-Generated map – anyone can add places and review places!
And to celebrate the launch, we are launching not one, but TWO COMPETITIONS…
COMPETITION 1: WIN A WEEKEND AWAY AT THE BEAUTIFUL MIZPE HAYAMIM HOTEL AND SPA *
For all your Tel Aviv aficionados, this is a really easy competition – simply add new places, write reviews, and add star-ratings to earn points – the person who has the most points by 31st August 2015 wins the competition.
COMPETITION 2: TREASURE HUNT *
Every day we are going to ask a new question, for example “what is Secret Tel Aviv’s favourite cafe to work in?”. Everyone add your favourite places, whoever guesses ours wins a prize – for example a meal for two, dance lessons, an quest room adventure. It’s that easy.

The lucky winner will receive two nights on HB base (breakfast and dinner at the vegetarian restaurant), an upgrade for a suite and a special discount of 15% for Spa treatments. The winner will get the voucher and will be asked to call the reservation office in order to book the weekend (on availability base) .

Please don’t troll or cheat – False reviews ruin it for everyone else. We are tracking all the engagements, if we see people cheating they will be removed from the group and excluded from the competition. That doesn’t mean you can’t give bad reviews – these are as important as good reviews.
Points for the Weekend Away Competition – You will collect points in the following ways:
- Star-rating review – 1 point
- A written review – 3 points
- Adding a new approved place – 5 points
If you are adding a new place, please take the time to add the correct information like address. Entries missing all the information will not be accepted.
The Weekend Away competition will run until 31st August 2015.
Not all places will be approved – We want to ensure the map only has the best places on it. To keep the map relevant we are not going to approve all places, but have a mechanism in place to determine which places to approve.
For the Treasure Hunt, whoever adds the place first wins – We need to approve places before they are added to the map – therefore there might be a slight delay. Trust us, whoever suggested the place first wins.
The Weekend Away competition does not include transport.
